A look back at how the 2017/18 women's world championship was won

After two seasons of dominance by Canada's Jacqueline Legere in the women's Ice Cross Downhill World Championship, her crown was finally snatched by US rival Amanda Trunzo. Despite Trunzo's powerful performances and unstoppable surge to the title, there were also promising signs that next season will be an even tighter battle with the emergence of Switzerland's Anais Morand and the continued strong form of Canada's Myriam Trepanier.
