Scott Croxall of Canada was the undisputed master of a difficult natural ice track in frigid Finland, winning the second Red Bull Crashed Ice of the season to throw the Ice Cross Downhill World Championship into a tense three-way battle with Americans Maxwell Dunne and Cameron Naasz, who finished second and third respectively. In the women's competition it was USA's Amanda Trunzo who powered to a first-ever win, with Camilla Ojapalo of Finland in second and France's Sandrine Rangeon in third.
